I am Ipatzy Vasquez, Founder of Bail Stop Inc. located in Las Vegas, NV, doing business as Bail Stop Bail Bonds in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Pahrump and Boulder City.

My story leading up to starting Bail Stop Inc.

My family moved from California when I was very little to Las Vegas looking for better opportunities.

I attended school in Las Vegas and graduated from high school.  Looking to find work and move my life forward, I landed a job within the Bail Bonds community and so there is when I started in the Bail Bond Business.

I began to learn as much as I could and  put in the time over 15 years solid to learn the business and truly wanted to help people who get stuck in a bad spot.  For 15 years, I worked on building relationships in the industry, with clients, other Bail Bonds companies, surety companies and other people in the industry so I could understand how the Bail Bonds System works in Las Vegas and surrounding communities of North Las Vegas, Pahrump, Henderson and Boulder City.

My career began answering phones and learning to ask the right questions in order to help clients who do not know anything about how to navigate the Bail Bonds system.  Being Hispanic, I became a valuable asset to the company by being bi-lingual when fielding phone calls.

Moving forward after years of learning all the processes and ins and outs, I finally studied hard to take the test and pass the state exam to move up to a Bail Bonds Agent.   Working even harder on my bail skills and customer relationship building skills to further my career in the Las Vegas Bail Bonds Industry, I felt confident to move to the next level.

In 2017 I took the next step, a big step to go to the next level and opened up my own Bail Bonds Company to help clients in the Las Vegas Hispanic community.   Through the past 5 years I have established really solid relationships in the Las Vegas Bail Bonds Community, which only helps you as a client to receive the best service experience.

Now this year I have grown the business into a position to operate as an officially approved full service Bail Bonds Company!
