House Arrest Information
If your loved one, is released with ankle monitoring, “House Arrest” you are facing a 3 to 10-day release process, if the county has ankle monitors available. When the county does not have ankle monitors available you are most likely going to have to wait anywhere from 7 to 15 days!
This is such a horrible process to go through. We as a Bail Bonds Company really hate to see how long it takes the county to release with house arrest.
Unfortunately for the defendant, we as a bail bond do not have control over that system or process. All we can do as your bondsman is make all the phone calls and all the attempts to move that process along quicker.
