What Happens First?
Typically by the time you leave the Bail Bonds office, we will have written the Bail Bond up and prepared it for submission at the designated jail facility. Most Bail Bonds companies pay a “Runner”, at no extra charge to you, to transport the bond to the designated jail “Bail Bond” Window to post the bond.
How Long Does It Take To Post A Bail Bond?

It normally takes anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes to post a Bail Bond at the Clark County Detention Center and the same, if you were to post a Bail Bond at the Las Vegas City Jail, North Las Vegas Jail, and Henderson Jail. If you are posting a Bail Bond in Nye County then you are looking at about 1 to 2 hours to typically post a Bail Bond at that jail facility. All these wait times are based upon how many Bail Bonds Companies are waiting in queue to post Bonds, along with the number of processing agents at the window. Each Bond being posted may have its own issues based on the type of Bond being posted.
